After purchasing a hotel room, the investor receives a fixed income for one or two years (depending on the room type), which is guaranteed by the hotel regardless of external factors (season, occupancy, etc.). Once the guarantee-period ends, the investor begins to receive income, depending on the profit. The contract is valid for 20 years. During that time, the investor does not bear any operating costs – just simply receives income.
In addition, the owner of the room and their family receive the Turkish citizenship within a few months after purchasing. To qualify, the total purchase must be for at least $400,000 or more.

You choose the type of hotel room you want for the investment, sign the sales contract, pay for the selected room in any way that is convenient for you.
2. Is the hotel already built?
Yes, the hotel is now operating for over a year.
3. Profit is guaranteed for how many years?
The hotel guarantees income for 20 years. Fixed income is received only during the first year or two, depending on the type of room. After that, income amount will depend on the profit made.
4. Is there a mandatory buyback option?
No, not at this time.
5. What additional expenses will I acquire while closing this deal?
All fees (registration fee, taxes, etc.) make up 4% from the purchase amount and are paid by a separate transaction.
6. Will I pay any taxes?
Taxes make up around 20% of the income amount. (Turkey has the progressive tax scale, in which the tax percentage depends on the income amount).
The hotel calculates the tax amount and sends it over to the Turkish government on behalf of the investor. The investor receives profit after the tax has been taken out.
7. Is it possible to visit the properties in person?
